Our brokers play the fundamental role of implementing our corporate strategy. This is why we promote campaigns to encourage this audience on an annual basis. In 2011, the Conquistadores and Carga Premiada campaigns, the former about annuities and retirement plans and the latter about Porto Seguro Transportes, are examples of this. We also conducted a campaign that was especially oriented towards corporate health insurance products, particularly occupational safety and health and Porto Seguro dental insurance. For such initiatives, the best-performing brokers are rewarded for their contribution to our business.
