RELATIONSHIP WITH INTERESTED PARTIES
In order to acquire a more in-depth knowledge of its strategic public audiences, Eternit uses AA1000, methodology, a tool developed by the ISEA (Institute for Social and Ethical Responsibility), of London. Having mapped out these public audiences (stakeholders), the company then developed a series of relationship channels in order to understand their needs and also how these converge with the Company's management strategies.
