Linx SA is a Brazilian Company with 28 years of experience; it offers its clients an integrated management system that includes all the retail chain. According to a survey by IDC1 , the Company is the leading provider of software solutions for managing ERP and POS for the retail sector in Brazil. According to the same study, the Company has 29% market share, representing more than the sum of the market shares of its three main competitors. It has more than 1,500 employees spread between its headquarters in São Paulo (SP), and nine branches. The company has relationship units and partners distributed throughout Brazil and abroad.

Linx offers an integrated group of software solutions, including ERP, POS, e-commerce, mobile applications, connectivity and EFT. The technology is innovative, scalable and comprehensive, with focus and specialization in the retail sector and its verticalized model of operation, combining own teams in the commercial areas, implementation, consulting and support through differentiated business model. Linx technology was present in more than 12,000 retailers, in 2012, always focusing on networks, especially retail vertical markets in shopping malls and franchises, from small to large, including seven of the ten largest retail companies publicly traded in Brazil, according to the 2012 ranking published by the Brazilian Institute of Retail and Consumer Market Executives (Ibevar).
Linx operates a high growth and high profitability business model based on contracts that generate recurring monthly revenue representing about 75% of the Company's revenue.
