Linx provides innovative and scalable technology (which allows replication for large-scale operations) focused on long term specialization in the retail sector and verticalization model, combining its own teams in commercial , implementation, consulting and support departments, through a differentiated business model. Linx offers its customers software solutions, including ERP, POS and commercial automation, TEF, e-commerce, mobile applications and connectivity.
Linx has pioneered a number of innovative software solutions, allowing the Brazilian retail sector to increase its level of automation and efficiency. Its investment in the consistent integration of ERP and POS in the 1990s, for example, has contributed to the connectivity of electronic payments since 2003. This placed the Company at the forefront of technological migration in Brazil, making room for the demands of the next generation, such as cloud-based solutions for e-commerce and mobility.
The comprehensive and integrated solutions are aimed at meeting the demands of retailers regardless of size, they can be between small and medium businesses to the largest global retailers and major franchisors in Brazil. The cloud based solutions and on-premise are scalable and modular and can be easily configured to allow specific features of different sizes and retail vertical integration consistent with retail stores and franchise locations. With this, a rapid innovation cycle is generated with updates that generally often contain new features and support for the complex Brazilian tax system, as well as new regulatory requirements of the country.
Point of sale (POS)
Linx offers software solutions for terminal in stores where the customers sales transactions occur, integrated with the ERP software of the Company or other suppliers, and seeks to adapt their POS profile for each company, regardless of size and business model, combining the operational needs of a store. The Company offers solutions that control the two key sectors of the point of sale:

Software for operating the terminal and POS software: management of pre-sales operations, sales, cash management, store inventory, accounting and tax management, issuing the tax coupon, electronic invoice (NF-e) and customer registry.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
The ERP is a software platform developed to integrate the various departments of a company, enabling the automation and storage of all the business information. Linx offers solutions in cloud based versions or in the client's own environment, depending on the business model and size of the customers, for its own stores or franchises. Mobility
Mobile technology is offering consumers new ways to interact with retailers through smartphones and tablets, allowing faster service and personalized. Retail clients receive individualized service with no queuing and much more interaction and variety of products from the store. Linx offers solutions for different retail vertical markets using features such as a virtual catalog, combination of look books, inventory queries, pre-sales and sales record, queue time and closing the service. Mobility solutions are offered in the cloud based solutions, focusing on cross-selling to the customer base. Some mobility modules are described below.
Linx Mobile Retail
Developed for stores in various segments such as clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories. With this app. your sales force can obtain a boost that will enable them to conquer the customer, using features such as a virtual catalog, combination of look books, inventory query, pre-sale and sale records, waiting lists and closing the attendance.
Linx Microvix Mobile
Integrated to Linx Microvix solutions, helps the franchisees with the registration of pre-sales, product catalog and billing report per seller, product and per period.
Linx DMS Mobile
Ideal for dealerships, the app. allows the seller to carry out valuations of semi-new vehicles, consult attendance records, vehicle inventory and generate billing reports.
Linx Degust Mobile
Allows companies in the Food Service segment to increase speed in their attendance routine, allowing the operator to gather orders from customer who are still in the lines. Once the pre-sale is confirmed on the tablet, the system can send a request for the production or schedule delivery at the time of the sale at the checkout.
Linx Consumer Mobile
The application extends the interactivity of brands with their customers, which can confer and interact with the lookbook of the collection, add your favorite pieces to a wish list or share them on social networks, find the nearest shops, access the brands blog and stay on top of all the news.
Linx Mobile Shopping
Users can easily access to all the shopping information with this app., like a list of shops and restaurants, updated movie schedule, calendar of events, news, promotions, empty spaces in the parking lot and payment for parking as well as obtain directions and the description of all the services that are offered.
Connectivity
The front of action is responsible for connectivity platform transactions and credit and debit card, and connecting the head office, branches and stores, in order to promote traffic data from different management software, including cloud-based, and the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). This platform has its own infrastructure in dozens of the largest shopping malls backbone1 in the main data centers with redundant central systems.
With a technological team that monitors, manages and provides support 24/7, Linx has its own Network Operational Center (NOC) and a top level Help-Desk for the stores. Thus, it is possible to interconnect the headquarters and branches across the country with dedicated high performance and secure links, where many critical services with a high added value for the retail area are handled in a cloud.

E-commerce
The e-commerce platform is fully integrated with the Linx ERP solution, providing a significant competitive advantage, making it easier and assertive to carry out inventory, customers and process management by the retailers. Linx e-commerce is entirely cloud-based and the main focus of this offer is in the cross-selling to customers of the Company. The e-commerce service consists of the receipt of sales orders from wholesale and the monitoring of sales targets, selling direct to the end consumer and an interactive electronic catalog and information on stocks, prices, among others, integrated with the ERP system.
Linx has e-commerce solutions designed to enable customers to provide a consistent experience, relevant and personalized of cross-channel1 purchase with a catalog, merchandising, marketing, research and guided navigation, personalization, automated recommendations, and the capabilities for live help. This combined platform strengthens customer loyalty and the value of your brand, achieving better operating results, raising the level of customer service and reducing response times in on-line commerce and traditional business environments.

CRM
The marketing solutions offered by Linx are entirely cloud-based and are focused on providing retailers with the opportunity to interact directly with the consumers. The applications are designed to help customers manage their sales processes more efficiently, integrating marketing campaigns and content on their sales processes and deliver a high quality service. The Linx Retail CRM tool provides essential information to increase the acquisition, value maximization and retention of consumers of the brand, basing decisions for attracting new customers, and the recapture and reactivation of inactive consumers with the use of marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and gift cards of the company. The Linx Gift Card is a complementary solution that enables retailers to leverage their sales and marketing strategies, increasing cross-selling and additional items, resulting in consumer loyalty.
Complementary Services
Linx offers logistics consulting services focused on the automation of distribution centers. Although these services represent a small part of the revenues, they often serve as gateway to customers and as a relationship channel with the largest retailers in the country. This service, therefore, optimizes the cross-selling of software solutions.
Linx Retail Academy
An important way to maintain the high quality of customer service is to have a team that is always up to date. That is why Linx developed the Linx Retail Academy, which offer training to customers, partners and employees, in line with the Company's mission of accelerating the adoption and the use of its solutions. The Linx Retail Academy was created in order to meet the demand for training of clients with a technical and conceptual approach, directed to solutions developed by Linx. In these courses, we use the business context to relate the theoretical concepts of each area of technology and systems applied to business management. The facility has classrooms equipped with the latest resources and has a team of expert instructors in each of the business areas.
Offers the following courses: Inventory Management, Supply Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Fox and Reports , Starting, Linx Franchises, Commercial Management, Store Management and Retail Management. In addition to these classroom modules, it also organizes seminars via webcasting on topics such as SPED Fiscal, SPED PIS/Confins, corporate assets, auditing, cash flow, marketing and CRM, among others.
