This report aims to inform stakeholders about Linx and describe the most significant events of the Company's operations in Brazil in the period between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, including all its divisions. The report also includes, as an event subsequent to this period, the public offering of shares in February 2013..
The information was obtained by the various areas of the Company based on interviews and printed, electronic and audiovisual material. The economic and financial data follow the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) standard. The contents of this report were the result of a commitment process from various areas of Linx.
The goal is to present, broadly and clearly, the story of the main economic activities and financial and environmental results of the Company in 2012 to stakeholders such as customers, communities and employees.

The publication is adapted to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) parameters - international entity that provides guidelines for the preparation of sustainability reports, widely recognized by the market - with application of, as self-declared, level C. The contents are also aligned to the criteria of the Brazilian Association of Listed Companies (Abrasca), the Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC) and the Steering Committee for Disclosure of Information to the Market (Codim).
