which measures the total return of a portfolio comprising the 100 companies with the highest liquidity ratio on the Bovespa;

ITAG (Tag Along Index), for companies that give minority shareholders the right to follow controlling shareholders in the event of a transfer of stock control;

IGC (Corporate Governance Index), composed of companies with a superior level of corporate governance;

Second Follow-On Offering
In July 2009, BRMALLS completed a primary and secondary follow-on equity offering totaling 48,455,481 common shares including 37.5% in secondary shares on the Bovespa and in the US in the form of Global Depositary Shares. The shares were priced at R$15 and were up 43% at year-end. After the issuance, our free float was over 60%, contributing to an increase in our share’s liquidity.
